This master list of recommendations is drawn from all the inquiries and investigations carried out by (mostly) UK inspectorates. The original data used is referenced on the other pages.

This is a beta version with a LOT of work to do, but I was interested in getting thoughts from people before I do too much. Please do not use this data without checking carefully back with the original material as it is not fully QA'd and there is a lot of unprocessed material in there.

Well, the main aim (for me) is a master list of all recommendations to be able to look at themes across time and area.
However I am interested in thoughts people have about what could be done which is useful in future (though perhaps you might like to help do that!)
