About inquests and inquiries
This site has been created to try to address the issue of important data on accident prevention, public safety and lessons being difficult to find. It will be a slow work in progress, which hopefully will become defunct by encouraging adoption of better practices by government departments and agencies. Until then it will act as a repository of data, including material which is no longer easily available online.
Updates: The blog pages will update you on new datasets dropped and the navigation bar at the top of the page will gain pages for each new dataset. E.g. PFD reports. Just click to access that page. Subscribe to the blog and you will get an email when there is an update (usually weekly).
Data: Please get in touch if you have copies of reports or material which have been lost. Please note this site only shares lawfully released material and documents under creative commons non commercial licence.
